■訂單總重量達20公斤。
■單項商品運送方式無提供『馬來西亞店取』服務。
■訂單中包含無庫存或預購品項。
■18禁商品。

若您選擇馬來西亞Ninja Point取貨，週一至週五中午12:00前訂購，約寄出後的第三天到Ninja Point，商品將寄送至訂單資料上的門店後，發送取貨簡訊通知，您可於收到簡訊後，4日內(含例假日)憑取貨密碼簡訊前往取件。（若遇台灣、馬來西亞國定假日及例假日、天然災害或天候因素影響航班等其他不可抗力之因素，到貨日期會自動順延）

If you choose to pick up the commodities at Malaysia’s Ninja Point, the commodities will properly arrive at Ninja Point on the third day if you place the order before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday. After delivering the commodities to the store as specified in the order sheet, we will send you a pick-up SMS. Upon receipt of tour pick-up SMS, please collect the commodities along with the pick-up SMS password. (Under the circumstances of other force majeure factors such as weekend holidays, national holidays, natural disasters or weather factors in Taiwan or Malaysia that would affect the flights, the arrival date will be automatically extended)

特別留意：
1. 因馬來西亞門店有取件包裹的大小限制，若您的包裹材積過大，將無法於Ninja Point取件，我們將有專人與您聯繫處理。
2. 因門店包裹儲放空間有限，若超過4日未取，包裹將退回博客來。
3. 若您的包裹已於出貨作業，將無法取消。另外，包裹若未按時領取而退回博客來，郵資將無法退回，請您審慎訂購。

Special Reminder:
1. Due to size limit of parcels in Malaysia, if your parcel is too big, you will not be able to pick up the commodities at Ninja Point. We will otherwise contact you about this matter.
2. Due to the limited storage space in the store, if you fail to pick-up the commodities within 4 days, the parcel will be returned to Book.com.
3. If your parcel has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. In addition, if you fail to pick up the parcel on time and it has already returned to Book Your Life, there is no refund of postage charge. Please beware of these matters.

若您欲選擇的門店在購物車列表中找不到，可能的狀況包括：門店空間不足、門店整修、系統設定變更、門店資料更新、新門店資料尚未建檔...等(不一定是指該門市停止營業)，請先選擇其他門市。可提供的取貨地點請詳見馬來西亞Ninja Point店取地址總覽，實際開放仍需依購物車列表為主。

If you can’t find the store you selected in the shopping cart list, the possible reasons include: Insufficient store space, store is under renovation, changing of system setting, updating of store information, new store information has not been documented, etc. (it doesn’t mean that this store is closed). Please choose another store first. Please refer to Malaysia Store Pick-up Addresses Overview for the available pick-up locations, but their actual opening time shown in the shopping cart list shall prevail.

若您的訂單選擇「馬來西亞店取」取貨方式，但物流中心於出貨時發現商品體積過大情形無法送至馬來西亞門店時，我們將以Email通知您變更「海外航空寄送」（不另加任何費用）。

而您於會員專區的訂單狀態將變更為「包裹過大無法送達門市」，請您可至會員專區>訂單查詢，於該筆訂單的『訂單處理狀態』欄位點擊『變更』鈕後，於系統上回填配送資訊(收件姓名、聯絡電話、寄送地址) ，若逾期未變更，屆時將為您取消此筆訂單訂購。
